D means double if you can, otherwise hit. Columns are the dealer's upcard. Charted for this table: 6 decks, double after split, no surrender. The chart redraws itself from whatever you set under Rules: the soft 17 rule moves three cells, no double-after-split stops four small splits, restricted doubling turns those cells into hits, surrender adds the R spots, and a no-hole-card game drops the double on 11 vs 10 and the splits of 8,8 and A,A against a ten or an ace.
Insurance and even money: always decline. There is no exception on any chart.
